Policy and Project Advisors in various units within the division are responsible for monitoring and managing multiple streams of projects with competing priorities. These advisors are tasked with handling publicly and politically sensitive issues in their respective areas.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner
– Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
