Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
– Assist with special projects as needed
– Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
