Job Description
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting visitors and clients
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Maintaining office supplies and inventory
– Filing and organizing paperwork
– Providing general administrative support to office staff
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and communication skills
