Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and investigating compliance issues related to corporate policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech industry regulations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and investigate compliance issues related to corporate policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
– Maintain accurate records of compliance investigations and findings
– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
– Keep up-to-date with pharmaceutical and biotech industry regulations
– Participate in compliance training and education programs
– Provide support for compliance audits and inspections

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
– Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industry regulations is a plus
