Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of empathy towards customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
