Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Schedule meetings and appointments
– Assist with office correspondence
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
– Monitor office supplies and replenish as needed
– Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and time management skills
