Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to new and existing customers within the assigned territory. This individual will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting sales calls and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Providing product education and training to customers
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry is an asset
