The role of the person addressing these challenges should be that of a ‘relationship builder’, responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with customers.
Position: Sales Associate

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer questions about products and services
– Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
– Process payments using POS system
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist with inventory management and restocking
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
– Meet sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Basic math skills
