Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
