Clinical Research and Trials Coordinator (CRTC) is responsible for receiving direction from the Qualified Investigator/Principal Investigator, Manager, or designate to perform and organize special work assignments and projects for a specific trial or project.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Our client, a reputable company based in Vancouver, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the office, assisting with various tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
– Assisting with data entry and processing paperwork
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Providing general administrative support to staff
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

Requirements:
