The company is seeking a new Project Manager to join the Strategic Initiatives team in Vancouver or Toronto. The Project Management Office leads strategic and complex cross-functional projects at Clio.
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional customer service skills. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customers with product information and ordering assistance.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and order status updates
– Process customer orders and provide order confirmation and tracking information
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
