Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
– Receive and distribute mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
