Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office staff and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience is preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
