Sales Representative Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
– Present and demonstrate products and services to clients and articulate their benefits
– Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
– Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
– Provide excellent customer service and support after-sales to ensure client satisfaction
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
