Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Clinical Security Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations within the clinical setting to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the facility
– Supervise security personnel and provide guidance and training as needed
– Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security concerns
– Collaborate with clinical staff to address security issues in a timely and effective manner
– Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
– Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency services as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a healthcare setting
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of security best practices and industry regulations
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
