The Director of Philanthropy is working with the Marketing and Communications Team to create and implement corporate giving strategies. Their collaboration aims to effectively reach out to potential donors and raise awareness about the company’s philanthropic initiatives.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to members of the team, performing general office tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain office supplies and materials
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Support team members with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
