Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients
– Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
– Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
– Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales performance and set goals for improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Experience in the health or beauty industry is an asset
