Office Administrator Job Description
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities.
Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain office supplies and ensure necessary items are stocked
– Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
– Coordinate office events and activities
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
Qualifications:
