This job position is for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include creating marketing content for social media, eCommerce, and email campaigns, managing the social media content calendar, and producing and editing content.
Title: Social Worker – Community Mental Health Team

Location: Merseyside, North West, United Kingdom

Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team in Merseyside. This position involves providing a high standard of professional service to adults with mental health needs, promoting independence and recovery.

Key responsibilities:

– Conduct assessments and reviews to determine service users’ needs
– Develop care plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and other professionals
– Coordinate and deliver support services, including advocacy and signposting
– Monitor the progress of service users and adjust care plans accordingly
– Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide holistic care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and outcomes

Requirements:

– Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
– Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
– Experience working with adults with mental health needs
– Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
