Job Description:

Energy Marketing Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
– Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on employment-related issues
– Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processing
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
– Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics
– Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR regulations

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
