Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
