Job Description

Procurement Coordinator

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of procurement strategies and procedures to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
– Identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
– Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
– Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
– Review and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
– Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
