Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Salary: $15.50 – $18.50 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, handling complaints, and managing orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders and ensure accuracy of information
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a satisfactory manner
– Maintain updated knowledge of products and services
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
