Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Scientist with expertise in molecular biology to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in molecular biology or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a research setting.

Responsibilities:
– Design and execute experiments to support drug discovery programs
– Develop novel molecular biology techniques and assays
– Analyze and interpret data, and present findings to the team
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
– Mentor junior team members and provide scientific guidance

Qualifications:
– Ph.D. in molecular biology or related field
– 5+ years of experience in a research setting
– Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques
– Experience with assay development and optimization
