Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
