Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members and assist with daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
– Maintaining office files and records
– Assisting with data entry and report generation
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Providing support to team members as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
