The Senior Manager, Events & Catering is responsible for overseeing event bookings and the concierge program to provide exceptional food service to corporate clients.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
– Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
– Maintain customer database and update records as needed
– Assist with the organization of sales events and trade shows
– Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Highly motivated and results-driven
