Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 a year

Description:

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer problems, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and tracking shipments
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
