The Manager of Construction, Development Advisory role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience. The main responsibility of this manager is to act as the primary liaison between ownership, general contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful construction projects.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
