The individual provides project support to the Strategy & Decision Support team, reporting to a Senior Manager. They assist Senior Consultants, managers, Senior Managers, and the Director in various tasks and responsibilities.
Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Job description:

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from project planning to completion
– Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
– Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and other project documentation
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
– Identify and address potential project risks and issues
– Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and performance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficient in project management software
