Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Our client, a well-established company in Toronto, is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting visitors and clients
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Booking travel arrangements
– Assisting with filing and data entry
