Job Description
***This job is located in Oakville*** We are now looking for individuals to join our team! These individuals will play a critical role in the daily operations of our newest facilities. This role will be responsible for inbound customer service inquiries, processing orders and follow up services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound customer service inquiries
– Process orders and provide follow up services
– Provide exceptional customer service
– Build and maintain relationships with customers
– Meet and exceed targets and performance standards
– Contribute to team goals and initiatives
– Other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
