Course Hero is seeking a Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive user engagement metrics and expand lifecycle marketing channels. This individual will be joining a small, results-oriented team.
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office assistant is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage communication between colleagues and vendors
– Support the office staff in any administrative or operational tasks
– Greet and assist all visitors to the office
– Handle phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)
– Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
– Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
– Assist colleagues whenever necessary
– Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
– Manage and maintain office supplies inventory

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
