The Marketing Content Writer is an essential part of the team responsible for creating and implementing content for Cowan’s sales strategy. They play a key role in managing and executing digital marketing content.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office
– High school diploma required; College degree preferred
