Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all HR functions within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
– Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
– Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
– Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
– Developing and implementing training and development programs
– Managing employee benefits and compensation
– Providing guidance and support to management on HR issues
– Maintaining HR records and documentation
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of HR experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Certification in Human Resources Management is preferred.
