The Manager, Strategic Sourcing CMO plays a significant role in assessing and managing supplier relationships for a historically significant company, ensuring schedule compliance and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement for the company.
Job Description

Our company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to drive our sales team’s performance and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in sales and team management.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. They will also be responsible for training and coaching the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and providing ongoing feedback and support.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
– Lead a team of sales representatives and provide training and coaching to help them meet their goals
– Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and support to ensure team success
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
– Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– 2+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
– Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
– Ability to travel as needed
