Position: Training Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in Calgary. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for learning and development.

Responsibilities:
– Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals
– Coordinate and schedule training sessions
– Track employee progress and provide feedback
– Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
– Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
– Maintain training records and documentation

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in training coordination or a similar role
