Job Description:

Ardene is looking for an Assistant Store Manager at their Williams Lake location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers
– Coach and train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
– Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
– Ensure store cleanliness and organization
– Merchandise and stock products according to company standards
– Assist with inventory management and loss prevention
