The Nuclear Project Manager will report to the Nuclear Products Manager and will be responsible for coordinating project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related technical discipline and 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also assist with order processing and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
– Process orders and track shipments to provide customers with updates on delivery status
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
