Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, Canada
Salary: $18.50 per hour
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Provide product information and assist with placing orders
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
