Job Description

Title: Line Cook

Lake of the Woods Resort is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to restaurant standards and recipes. This individual will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
– Ensure that all food preparation and cooking activities adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Maintain a clean and organized workstation
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service
– Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management
– Assist with menu planning and creation as needed
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or food service environment
– Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
– Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
– Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
