Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating inventory transfers between locations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into the system
– Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
– Coordinate inventory transfers between locations
– Reconcile inventory variances and investigate discrepancies
– Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory
– Assist with the implementation of inventory control best practices
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 2+ years of experience in inventory control or related field
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills
