The Finance Manager in the Office of the Vice President Research and Innovation is responsible for all financial aspects of projects. They maintain project files in the research management database and ensure they are complete. The successful applicant for this position should have strong financial management skills.
Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
2. Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, and company policies
3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
4. Maintaining accurate customer records in the database
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Prior customer service experience preferred
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
