Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and provide outstanding customer service to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
