Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have experience working in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
