The Senior Manager, Communications and Special Projects within the President’s Office will be responsible for supporting the office’s goals, initiatives, and commitments. They will utilize project management methodologies and tools to define, schedule, execute, and track various projects.
Social Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing support to individuals in need. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and connecting clients with resources and services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Build trusting relationships with clients and provide emotional support
– Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop care plans
– Connect clients with community resources and services
– Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
– Previous experience working in a social services or healthcare setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of community resources and services
– Compassionate and empathetic attitude
