Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scarborough, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Resolving customer concerns and complaints effectively
– Processing orders and tracking shipments
– Providing product information and pricing to customers
– Assisting with returns and exchanges
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
