The Data Engineering Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into understandable terms. They will also support the implementation of projects in collaboration with the Data Digital Enablement Manager.
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for all clients and employees
– Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Expected salary: $72900 – 87400 per year
