Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Sales and Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
– Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
