Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for the company.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
– Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
– Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven track record of success in sales management
